I am a Brazilian customer and I am disappointed with the service provided by Gamerica, which is the group that represents Magic Campus in Brazil and they accuse you for all inconveniences we are having in the game. But some of my friends start playing in other countries, and they became surprised with all the updates abroad. So, it is clear now that it is not your fault, but Gamerica's.Our main problem is the delay in the updates about one year late which causes a huge trouble, but I could also include the lack of newness, events, presence of GMs at the forum and online in the game. We really love Magic Campus and some of my friends spend lots of money there, but we really need to understand what is really going? Would this be some kind of lack of communication between both of you?
