I am a Brazilian customer and I am disappointed with the service provided by Gamerica, which is the group that represents Magic Campus in Brazil and they accuse you for all inconveniences we are having in the game. But some of my friends start playing in other countries, and they became surprised with all the updates abroad. So, it is clear now that it is not your fault, but Gamerica's.Our main problem is the delay in the updates about one year late which causes a huge trouble, but I could also include the lack of newness, events, presence of GMs at the forum and online in the game. We really love Magic Campus and some of my friends spend lots of money there, but we really need to understand what is really going? Would this be some kind of lack of communication between both of you?

国外代理本来就和国内不一样你也不用拽英文- -写了一堆英文 Gm又不会看。嫌人家不更新就来国服就这么简单

Also as a chinese gamer in the Magic Campus, I understand you from the bottom of my heart. Maybe I couldn't be called a really old gamer, but now and maybe in the future I will still insist with my friends in the Magic Campus, who are seen as my family. Because we shared happiness and sorrow and then produced dependence, which is for my friends and also for the Magic Campus.The name Magic Campus stands for magic power, so we couldn't guess what is really going and I think also Funcity does.

We all hope every problem could be solved as soon as possible. Believe the Magic Campus and all gamers can have a beautiful future.

终于看明白了，就是说你们的更新太慢，赶不上中国的服务器，造成玩法老套，不新颖，所以来中国的官网论坛喊冤吗？

I want to thank the words of support and apologize by creating a topic here, but unfortunately in Brazil the game is too delayed. We don’t have the pet 刺刺菓, and I’m a player of Chinese 魔力学堂 too, with fascination because of all novelty on your version.
I’ve created this topic as a last resource to call Funcity attention, because the GM that take care for our server in Brazil tells to the players that Funcity is the guilty for the lack of events and can not create it; also the translation to portuguese is impossible to load and the update delayed for their complication with sending the files to Gamerica (the company that delivers the game).
Again I thank you all for the attention and if it’s possible for your GM talk with Funcity for us, once again this topic is my last breath for Brazil’s update of the game.

As a matter of fact,people playing this game in China is fewer an fewer.trust me,new upgrade is just tools of them so as to absorb more money from us.
You'd better stop wasting money on this game.gaining money from us player will only make these GMs idle,and perhaps this game will not be upgreaded for more years.
Be a cyberman,tell the GMs that if you don't upgread the game,then you'll be deleted

其实我们的版本都已准备好，随时都可以上，但是巴西那边翻译较慢，才导致版本进度拖沓，我们这边也会努力沟通以求版本速度能尽快跟上，给您带来的不便尽情谅解

I would like to know also why Funcity can't remake bugs existents at brazilian's events, the administrators of the game here in Brazil always give that response for us "Funcity cannot remake those bugs".
P.s:. I need some help with some BOSSes at district 70.
